Global warming makes extreme weather events, such as floods, droughts, typhoons, blizzards, etc., more frequent, which brings serious impacts on human society and economy. It also causes sea levels to rise, making coastal areas subject to floods and storm surges, which brings even greater losses to human society and economy.

II. Purpose:
To establish a green office awareness and popularize energy-saving knowledge (clothing, food, housing, transportation);
To promote conservation and oppose waste, and promote employees to develop good saving habits, making contributions to energy conservation and ecological environment protection through their own practical actions;
To enable more employees to participate in energy and environmental protection activities in their daily work, and actively create low-carbon and green offices.

III. Initiative:
In order to practice green innovation and create brilliant careers, we will implement low-carbon office operations and plan to reduce carbon emissions by 42% by the end of 2025 compared with the original level, achieve a 60% absolute emission reduction by 2030, and achieve absolute zero emissions by 2050. The company has taken the following methods and measures to achieve this goal.

IV. Methods and measures for reducing carbon emissions:
①When not in use, turn off computer monitors and turn off power in time: turn off computers and monitors during lunch breaks and after work. When computers are not in use for a short time, enable the "sleep" mode of the computer to save energy consumption by up to 50%. Turning off the power after work can reduce the carbon emissions of these electrical appliances by one-third.

②Control the temperature of the office air conditioning: control the air temperature in summer at 26℃ and in winter at 20℃. When air conditioning is used for cooling or heating, every one-degree increase or decrease can save 0.5KW. If there are 10 air conditioners in the company, each air conditioner is turned up or down one degree every day, which can save 2KWh of electricity per day. Assuming that half of the year is spent using air conditioning, one air conditioner can save 910KWh of electricity per year. Our office has 15 air conditioners in total, which can save 5400KWh of electricity per year.

③Leave the office three minutes early before leaving work to turn off the air conditioning. The temperature in the air-conditioned room will not immediately rise because the air conditioning is turned off. Leaving the office three minutes early before leaving work can save about 5KWh of electricity per air conditioner per year. The corresponding emission reduction of carbon dioxide is 4.8KG; 15 air conditioners can save 75KWh of electricity per year, corresponding to a reduction of 72KG of carbon dioxide emissions. This saves company costs and achieves low-carbon emission reduction effects.

④Use inductive faucets: water faucets that are both water-saving and environmentally friendly in public washrooms at enterprises can eliminate the phenomenon of water leakage from faucets that cannot be tightly closed. Using inductive faucets can save about 30% more water than manual faucets. According to calculations, our company can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 6745KG per year as a result.

⑤Do not use disposable paper cups: using disposable paper cups is not environmentally friendly, and many paper cups contain substances that are harmful to human health. During work or meetings, it is requested that people bring their own water bottles instead of using disposable paper cups. This not only reduces the company's daily expenses, but also reduces carbon emissions by up to one-third to one-fourth.

⑥Reduce the use of company vehicles and take public transportation or bicycles for business trips: transportation produces more than 30% of greenhouse gas emissions, and daily travel choices such as taking public transportation or bicycles can not only reduce carbon emissions but also save fuel costs. Currently, the company has three private cars, all with a displacement of 2.0T. If they take public transportation or bicycles every day, they can save 3000L of gasoline per year, reducing carbon emissions by 7750KG per year.

⑦Choose energy-saving printers: The largest carbon emissions in the office usually come from copy printers; Ink jet printers use 90% less energy than laser printers, so choose a printer that is suitable for your needs and of appropriate size; Networking printers with copiers can reduce their idle time and increase efficiency. Therefore, the company is gradually replacing some of the printers that need to be replaced with new energy printers.

⑧Using the "draft" printing mode: saves ink and electricity. When printing informal documents, choosing the "draft" printing mode can save more than 30% ink, improve printing speed, and save electricity. When printing, set black and white printing, and the document color can be set to 80-90% grayscale, which can save 10% -20% of ink.

⑨Double sided printing: Double sided printing can reduce a company's printing costs by 50%. Printing 30000 pages per month and printing 4 cents per paper can save a company 7200 yuan in cost per year by using double-sided printing.

⑩Using environmentally friendly pape；pencils: In order to protect the natural ecology, with the implementation of natural forest protection projects, logging of natural forests is prohibited. ⑬Self provided shopping bags or reusable plastic bags for shopping: Using self provided shopping bags not only looks beautiful and environmentally friendly, but also saves costs; The annual plastic waste in our country exceeds one million tons, and a plastic bag costs 50 cents. However, the pollution it causes may be 50 times that of 50 cents The use of disposable plastic bags not only causes huge waste of resources, but also leads to a sharp increase in the amount of garbage. Clean plastic bags can be stored and reused, while reusable shopping bags reduce pollution and save resources.

⑭Online paperless office: The office system launched by the company is becoming increasingly visual, and more functions and processes are being added. It is expected to achieve paperless office by 2024, which can better reduce carbon emissions.
